Frequently asked questions
Why hasn't my item shipped yet?
Please understand that each item will be made-to-order just for you with the exact design, color and size you choose. This means it may take a few days to ship to you as I don't warehouse already produced items. Most items will ship within 3-5 days, but there is always a chance it could take slightly longer if my vendor has run out of supply (or in the case of the current Pandemic). Thanks for your understanding.
Can you create a custom design just for me?
YES! If there is something you would like to have personalized just for you, please get in touch with me and I will try my best to make it happen. Please note, there may be a minimal fee for me to make a change to one of my designs. Also, if you'd like me to create from scratch a new design, then there is a $50 non-refundable creation fee paid in advance.
I like a particular design I see. Can you put it on other products?
YES! If you see a design you like on a particular product but are unable to find it on another product you'd much rather have, please let me know and I will make it available to you. I can put ANY of my designs on an endless number of products, including all types of clothing from leggings to hoodies, as well as poster prints, mugs, phone cases, back packs, towels socks, you name it. Just because it's not listed in my store doesn't mean I can't make it for you.
How will I know if this will fit me?
Most items have a sizing chart shown in the photos section towards the end.
What happens if my order is lost in the mail by the mail carrier?
A lost order is an order where the tracking has not been updated in over 2 weeks or there is an alert stating that it is lost. Please first try contacting the carrier to see if they can locate it for you. If you still have no luck, then please reach out to us if you suspect that your order is lost and we will make it right. If it has not been 2 weeks since the last update of the tracking, your order is most likely still in route, but has just been delayed.
I ordered several items but only one arrived. What gives?
This is completely normal as I use various vendors for different products, so if you order multiple items, there's a chance they may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Can I return or exchange an item you personalized for me?
Unfortunately not. If I created a personalized item just for you it cannot be returned or exchange UNLESS I made a mistake during the design process or if the item arrived damaged.
